I was fortunate to attend this conference because Riptide Software sponsored part of OrlandoiX. With 20 years under its belt, Riptide Software is always looking for opportunities to expand, support, and help the Orlando tech community.
Riptide Learning, a division of Riptide Software, Inc., will demonstrate the first ever xAPI-enabled training for rifle marksmanship ranges on Dec. 3 at I/ITSEC. Riptide’s REAPER proof of principle was selected by the ADL for demonstration at PlugFest—a satellite event at the 2014 Interservice/Industry Training Simulation and Education Conference (I/ITSEC). I/ITSEC is the world’s largest modeling, simulation and training conference.
Riptide Software, a leading provider of military training systems, cloud and mobile development, and enterprise integration services, is pleased to celebrate 19 years of operations.
“We’re very proud to have grown from a small team of software developers into a thriving, cutting-edge software solutions company,” said Riptide President and Chief Executive Officer Philip Loeffel. “We could never have achieved this level of success without our outstanding team of professionals, as well as the support of our clients, many of whom have been with us for more than a decade.”
Loeffel and Chief Technology Officer Barry Clinger founded Riptide in 1995, and the company has thrived, earning numerous awards and accolades over the years. Riptide has been recognized as Lockheed Martin’s Small Business of the Year, was named in Military Training Technology’s Top 100 Modeling and Simulation software companies for several years running, and has earned numerous distinctions for its cloud and mobile solutions.
